Type of Recruitment

Regular, on-going, occasional, and special recruitment occurs depending on the characteristics of

Regular Recruitment
					Open recruitment will be made in the second half of the year, usually to recruit new employees. New employees are selected through on-line announcement, domestic  and foreign campus ecruiting, and techno conference.Occasional Recruitment
					Ocaasional recruitment is to employ experienced people through the recruitment announcement around the year whenever it is necessary. Details such as the related field, qualification, etc, are announced on the website of our company and major recruitment websites.
On-going Recruitment
					On-going recruitment is to employ domestic/foreign talented people with expertise in related field and essential skill. Candidates are contacted individually if any appropriate position becomes available after the examination of recruitment announcement and the registration of application.Special Recruitment
					Special recruitment is to employ talented candidates who have expanded their apabilities according to the customized human resource development strategies.
