Bachelor Internship

LG Innotek hires talented employees through various recruitment channels.

01Preliminary Screening
Candidates are selected for one of three fields (R&D, Software, or Marketing) based on the documents they provide, including their intern application and cover letter.
02Personality/Aptitude Test
Each candidate's congeniality is evaluated using the LG Way Fit Test and their job suitability is evaluated through an aptitude test.
03Interview
Candidates receive a comprehensive evaluation in their field through various tests and interviews, such as paper tests, presentations, Job/personality interview.
04Medical Checkup
Candidates receive a medical checkup performed by the medical institution that LG designates.
05After Being Accepted
New Interns are trained and participate in Internship Program.
