LG Innotek’s Yeontae Branch sponsor’s scholarship and educational facilities to the advanced vocation institute in the development zone and supports the employment for the people who have difficulties to find jobs in the farming area through making the sisterhood relationship. LG Innotek was selected as the “Excellent Company employing the people in the development zone of Yeontae City 2008” through this continuous support. Also, LG Innotek is building up the
‘Great Company Together with the Local Community’ by contributing with the donation as the participation in the recovery the earthquake damage of Sichuan Province.

Indonesian Branch donated the goats to local people during the ‘Idul Adha (Hajji)’, one of Islamic religious festivals, in order to share the culture and the warm heart with the poor people. In addition, Indonesian Branch is the first Korean company contributing to the development of regional society by granting scholarship to students of UIN, the best university in Indonesia. This has enhanced understanding and sharing of the local culture.
