Corporate Citizenship Social Contribution Love Neighbor
LG Innotek supports the campaign called ‘Warmhearted Meal Service’ for the poor and dependent national-merit families since 2006. Every month, the contribution is delivered for our neighbor to smile and be more cheerful. Every quarter, LG Innotek employees visit and have time together with those families. Also, they repair the old & shabby houses.

LG Innotek has been leading the Love Sharing Campaign since 2003, having the relationship with the Gwangju Office of Social Welfare Foundation for the Help for Child Breadwinners. LG Innotek employee from each department, visit 30 child breadwinners more than one time every month to deliver the contribution, to have meals together and give counsel their concern about their future and worry.

LG Innotek’s ‘Farm Loving & Happy Sharing’ is the social contribution activitiy through various volunteer work. The activities include sharing happiness with the farming families who need more labor and help. In order to do that, LG Innotek had made the sisterhood relationship, called “One company with one village”, with Gose-Meon of Damyang-Gun in 2007. LG Innotek had organized the Volunteer Team for Social Contribution with around 100 staffs, and now the teams actively deliver volunteer services.

LG Innotek raises social contribution fund together with employees.
50% of the Fund is doubted and saved by the company itself and the remaining 50% by employees. The management saves 0.5% of their salary, while the employees voluntarily saves a certain amount on the basis of the number of accounts that they want to take. One account is 1,000 won and the amount is saved from their salary.
