LG collects the following personal information for recruitment and customer inquiry.

- Collecting items (recruitment): name, birth date, sex, password, home telephone number, home address,    cellular phone number, e-mail, company name, department, duty, hobby, single/married, social security number,    religion, academic background, physical status

- Collecting items (customer inquiry): nick name, e-mail

- Collecting method: homepage (online application) / homepage (customer inquiry board)

LG Innotek makes use of the personal information for the following purposes.

Basically, when the purpose of collection and use of personal information is accomplished, the relevant information will be destroyed without delay.
However, the following information will be preserved for the stipulated period.

A user and his/her legal representative can withdraw the personal information registered by him/her at any time. To withdraw personal information, please contact personal information manager by letter, telephone, or e-mail. We will quickly take care of your request. However, in case of job applications, we keep them for 5 years as recruitment.

Basically, the company destroys the relevant information without delay when the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved.

information registered for career will be stored in a separate DB (in case of paper application, separate paper box) in accordance with in-house policy and other relevant regulations and then will be destroyed according to information security. Personal information that is stored in a separate DB will not be used for other purpose

- Papers with personal information will be destroyed by fire or a shredder.

In principle, the company does not disclose user’s personal information. However, we allow exceptions for the followings.
- When users agreed to provide their information.
- When investigation organizations demands for information based on laws and regulations or for the purpose of investigation in accordance with procedure and method according to laws.

LG consign the personal information to the specialized outside agencies as follows.
- Consignment company: LG CNS
- Consignment details: website and system management/maintenance

A user and/or legal representative can query or modify the registered his/her personal information or the information of juvenile under 14 years old.
When somebody makes a request for correction of his/her personal information, the relevant information will not be used or provided until the correction of the relevant personal information.
When wrong personal information is provided to the third parties, LG will notify the third parties of the correction result.
personal information terminated or deleted by the request of a user or his/her legal representative will be handled in accordance with “preservation and use period of personal information” and will not be used for any other reasons.

LG does not run any kind of device to collect personal information such as cookie that is automatically created during internet service.
