
Every year, LG Innotek and LG Micron each select one person as a Change Agent (CA) for one year.
Through two MWTs (Make a Winning Team) and various other employee exercises, they transform the work environment into one where employees are happily absorbed in creative work.
A Change Agent development course was begun this year covering topics such as the necessity of an autonomous and creative corporate culture, how to create such a culture, the importance of the CAs’ role, and what sort of initiatives supporting thisprogram can be unrolled in a year.
On the second day, CAs go back to their group and spend time absorbing and planning lessons and methods for fostering a creative culture that reflects ‘autonomy and creativity’ and that gathers all of the employees’ best ideas.
According to an LG Innotek and LG Micron spokesperson, “After the CA training course is finished, CAs go back to their workplace carrying with them a fresh new air of chance and innovation.
LG Innotek is expecting the CA program to reap large dividends in terms of fostering autonomy and creativity.”
