LG Innotek puts emphasis on providing an environment where each member can exhibit his/her own initiative and potential

Work

Optional working hour system (4.5 days a week)

Working hours can be adjusted within an average of 40 hours per week. (4 to 12 hours per day)

Work-from-home system

LG Innotek is operating telecommuting system for work efficiency and productivity based on autonomy and responsibility.

Flexible Working System

Every member can choose their working hours so that they can work at the time they can maximize their productivity. (06:30~13:00)

Base office

Any member can use the base office to minimize movement and work efficiently.

LG Innotek runs a shuttle bus for the headquarters and each workplace for safe and comfortable commuting

Smart Working Zone

LG Innotek provides a space such as focus zone and standing conference room for employees to select the optimum space depending on the work condition
