LG Innotek (CEO: Heo Yeong-ho) has recruited 300 new college graduates for the second half of the year.

The company invites outstanding individuals for R&D and marketing in the field of high-end components and materials such as LEDs and solar cells as part of its effort to ensure its competitiveness in its core business and accelerate the excavation of its future growth engines.

Applications are received until Sept. 6 on the company website at www.lginnotek.co.kr

“We are looking for talented individuals to show their abilities while sharing their vision with LG Innotek, a global electronic components and materials player,” said an official at LG Innotek. “We seek people who are committed strongly to their goals, passionate, speedy, voluntary and creative”.

LG Innotek will tour major colleges across the nation until Sept. 3 to hold the “Coffee House Recruitment Briefing Session”.
This recruitment session is held in a makeshift coffee house on campus rather than in the formal, somewhat stiff atmosphere of a lecture room so as to provide company/recruitment information in a more relaxed environment.

Students visiting the coffee house for the recruitment session can seek the advice of recruitment personnel about the company, its organization and corporate culture, application areas, and so forth, and ask questions on the spot to obtain any further information they may personally need.

n top of that, the students are able to gratify their natural curiosity about various matters including job-seeking strategies, tips on interviews, and work life in meetings with their senior alumni.

An official at the personnel team of LG Innotek said, “Instead of a traditional, dry and monotonous recruiting session, we have tried to make it more relaxing by holding it in a coffee house to put the students at ease and facilitate active communication with our recruitment team.”
