LG Innotek has entered the WNC (Wireless Network Camera) business. The company has completed development of a WNC that features convenient monitoring with the latest in video and audio capabilities. Its development represents a maximization of monitoring capability with a focus on security well beyond that offered by network camera competitors.

The WNC is capable of supporting home monitoring through a wireless LAN (WLAN) and video receivers and can convey sound and pictures to mobile phones or PCs or any video receiver that is available. The Wi-Fi WLAN of the WNC, through digital devices, gives it an ability to convey uninterrupted video images not matched by conventional CCTV camera systems and can be operated easily by anyone, anywhere, at any time. This product uses standard IP, WLan technology and has many applications, including in-home monitoring of children, observation of the elderly living alone, vacation home checks, and parking management.

The developed WNC uses alarm monitoring in situations where an image is not possible, through movement sensors, motion detection, and ultra sensitive light sensors.
