  • 1. Preliminary-Screening
    The front office and the HR department evaluate applicants' competencies based on the application form and cover letter, and carries out AI document review to select those with high relevance to the company's desired talent
  • 2. Personality /
        Aptitude-Test
    Each applicant's suitability is evaluated using the LG Way Fit Test and their career aptitude is evaluated through an aptitude test.
  • 3. Interview
    Applicants receive a comprehensive evaluation through various interviews, including AI video interview, and job/personality interview.
  • 4. Medical Checkup
    Applicants receive a medical checkup performed by the medical institution designated by LG.
  • 5. On-Boarding
    Applicants take part in the company’s mentoring and training programs along with academic activities, and join the company after graduation.

    The front office evaluates applicants’ suitability based on their job experience and capabilities.
  • 2. Interview
    Each applicant's suitability is evaluated using the LG Way Fit Test and their career aptitude is evaluated through an aptitude test.
  • 3. Reference Check
    It is a one-night, two-day team activity program in which applicants can directly experience the episodes, restructured in the form of a simulation game, of each stage of a specific R&D project that have been actually completed or currently in progress at LG Innotek.

    Applicants receive a medical checkup performed by the medical institution designated by LG.
  • 5. On-Boarding
    After joining the company, new hires are dispatched to the front office after going through separate training programs
